“Stop Snitching” Town Hall Meeting

  Baltimore, MD 2008: The purpose of the Town Hall meeting was to provide the community with a forum to discuss policing issues such as snitching, witness intimidation and police corruption. The forum also gave government officials and the police department an opportunity to discuss their policing strategy.
