The mission of EDGE is to cultivate a group of emerging global executives in Baltimore who will ultimately contribute to greater success and growth for Baltimore area international businesses.
Key Program Elements
The rich and dynamic 10-month long EDGE Program features experienced business professionals, insightful topics on key global business issues, and relationship-building. Each half-day global leadership session ends with 45 minutes of cross-cultural training. The program curriculum includes the following components:
EDGE Program orientation and opening reception
Off-site retreat
Seven half-day global leadership sessions (listed separately)
Cross-cultural training incorporated into each global leadership session
4:1:1 Sessions with global executives
WTCI international business networking events
End of program presentation and closing reception
